Terms & Conditions Welcome to The Tire Shop application. These terms and conditions apply to the application and all its sections. Your use of the Tire Shop application is your acceptance to the terms and conditions of this agreement, which includes all the details below, and it is a confirmation of your commitment to comply with the content of this agreement for The Tire Shop. This Agreement is effective if you click on the option to accept. Price The price agreed upon at the moment the order is issued is the approved price. The Tire Shop has the right to change the announced prices without prior notice. Registered Accounts To access a particular service or order and purchase a product, you must create an account on The Tire Shop application. Your account is personal and non-transferable to any other party. Your information will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. When you register and create an account, you must provide accurate and true information about yourself including email address, first name, last name, country, phone number and any other information required to create the account. Your Account If you use The Tire Shop application, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for preventing access to your account. You also agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. The WeTire Shop does not sell products for children, but only sells them to adults who can purchase through credit card or other permitted payment methods. If you are under the age of 18, you may use The Tire Shop website only with the participation of a parent or guardian. You are obligated to maintain and update the registration data to keep it real and correct, and if you disclose unreal, incorrect or incomplete information, The Tire Shop has the full right to cancel or freeze your membership for an indefinite period without causing damages. The Tire Shop also has the right to use legitimate means to recover rights. Payment Method accept (KNET - Master Card - Cash on Delivery) only in Kuwait. Delivery The Tire Shop offers a delivery service that meets your request and saves a lot of your time, as the regular delivery service is available for free in Kuwait. In the case that the customer is not at the specified address for delivery, the representative will wait for 10 minutes with the required products. If the customer is not present during that period, the representative will have to leave, and the customer must call the customer service at (+965) 22323264 to reschedule the pick-up again. If the distribution department cannot contact the customer within 48 hours, the order will be canceled automatically. Order Cancellation Please note that there may be some orders that we cannot accept and must be cancelled. Some cases that may lead to the cancellation of your order include quantities available for purchase, an error in the product description, product image, product price, problems identified by our commercial fraud department, or cases in which the customer manipulates the account by placing different orders. We may also request additional information before accepting the order and we will contact you if all or part of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to fulfill your order. If your order is cancelled after completing the payment process, the amount will be returned to your account by providing us with your bank account details. Exchange and Return Policy If a product was purchased and the customer wishes to return or replace the product, they have 14 days from receiving the product to do so. The product must be in factory condition (unused and in good condition). In the case that the buyer submits a request to return the product, the delivery fee will not be refunded as it has already been collected by us. We will refund the amount of the purchased products only if a product was purchased by the customer and a manufacturing defect appeared within 24 hours - Firefly customer service will direct the customer to Firefly’s maintenance center. If any product is purchased under the terms of gifts, exclusive offers, sales campaigns, freebies, etc. we have the right not to accept the return or exchange of the product (only if it is proven to be a manufacturing defect within 24 hours). Damaged product due to wrong use (electrical sources, water leakage, unauthorized workshop repairs, etc.) cannot be accepted according to the terms and conditions of the warranty.
